APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes our customer’s need schedule adjustments as life can be a little unpredictable. Equally, we hope our customer’s understand that when an appointment cancellation or “no-show” occurs with 24 hours we lose the opportunity to fill that time. This results in both a loss in revenue for the salon, and income for our stylists. Therefore, we kindly request that all appointment cancellations or adjustments be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of your scheduled service(s). This can be done by calling the salon at (331) 248-0316. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the services that were booked.
